1st COACHING SEMINAR
The seminar was organized in close cooperation with Czech Ball Hockey Association. Assistant coach of Czech senior national team Mr. Rostislav Kurfürst, which won gold medals on the last World Championships in Bratislava in 2011 has presented his experiences in Shooting practise.
The attendance of 25 people was encouraging. Coaches and interested persons from Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, United Kingdom and Israel attended the seminar.
We sent the PowerPoint presentations in English and Czech language and examples of shooting practises that were presented during seminar to secretariat of your national association, where you can obtain it.
The program of Drillbook (available at http://www.drillbook.net) has been used for creation of exercises.
Next seminar will be organised in June 2013 during the World Senior and Women Championships in St. John´s, Canada.

Another key ISBHF BOD meeting was held on Sunday February 17. Many key issues were discussed and here is a quick synopsis for our ISBHF family.
We heard from the nation of Luxembourg who has a youth and adult ball hockey program running in this key new European nation. This organization has a board and infrastructure to add to our growing strength in this area of Europe which bodes well for all nations. The ISBHF BOD passed the application of Luxembourg and thus we have a new family member to join our family of nations. Welcome Luxembourg!
