2025 Women’s Masters Championships to take place in Bratislava, Slovakia
The ISBHF Board of Directors has approved the change of location for the 2025 ISBHF World Women’s Masters Championships. Instead of Pembroke, Bermuda, along with the Men’s Masters Championships, the event will be held in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Board of Directors decided on the change based on the preferences of applied teams to extend the event to a 4-team minimum.
The Women’s Masters Championships will take place on November 13-16, in parallel with the Men’s Masters Championships, which will run in Bermuda. The arena in which the best women’s players aged 35+ will battle for medals and the World Championships title is the Areál netradičných športov in Bratislava. This is the home arena of the Slovak Extraliga team LG Mikkelsen Bratislava and SHBK Ruzinov.
The ISBHF would like to express its gratitude towards the Slovak Ball Hockey Union for offering to host the event, and we already look forward to 2025 edition of the Women’s World Masters Championships.
